Viewing Instructions

1. Select a meeting from the list on the left.
2. Scroll down the agenda and click on the link for an agenda item for which you wish to view supporting documents. The item title will appear in the list of supporting documents box at the top of column on the right.
3. Click on the item link and a list of document pages will appear in the box below.
4. Click on the All Pages link to view document pages.
5. Using the toolbar located directly above the document image you can scroll through the document pages, print, save to a file or email a copy of the document.
