3.                  Review of Governance Policies.  (Rudy Medina)  (GP-3, BL-4, GP-2.5)

i.          2007 Survey - Limitations on Employment of Elected Officials.

ii.          Comparison With Other Agencies in the Process for Appointment of High Level At-Will Employees.

Recommendations:

Review the current Governance Policies and consider opportunities, if any, for improvement.

4.                  PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 - Title:  Chief Executive Officer.
