Recommendation: That the Board consider the Landscape Advisory Committee's comments and suggestions regarding water conservation and direct staff accordingly.

Items listed in this section are considered by the Board to not be delegated to the GM and require Board consideration and/or action.

2. Position on State Legislation: SBX2 2 (Perata) Water Supply Reliability Bond Act of 2008; and SBX2 3 (Cogdill) Water Supply Reliability Bond Act of 2008. (Rick Callender) (EL-9.11)

Recommendation: That the Board adopt a position of "Support if Amended" on SBX2 2 (Perata) and "Support and Amend" on SBX2 3 (Cogdill).
