District Act Amendment

In February of 2008, the District conducted three public meetings to provide an overview of the changes to the District Act and to gather input on those proposed changes. 

Assemblymember Ira Ruskin (D-Redwood City) introduced AB 2212 to update the Santa Clara Valley Water District Act.
