The Consultant Contracts Program provides centralized consulting contracts processing services on behalf of all District operating units. The information presented here is designed to help you understand how the District conducts business with consultants, including, but not limited to, those providing engineering, environmental, architectural, financial, auditing, management consulting, and other professional and non-professional services.
The District actively encourages and promotes small and local businesses; the Small Business Enterprises Program webpage and guide provide information on how small businesses can participate in the District's opportunities.
If you would like to receive emails notifying you of consulting opportunities with the District or register your business with the District please visit the Contract Administration System (CAS) web portal. The District conducts its consultant selection and contract award process through this site. Responses from interested consulting firms must be submitted electronically through the site.
