The Water District has installed a webcam at 1925 Embarcadero Road, adjacent to the Palo Alto Air Terminal in Palo Alto to monitor the amount of sand or sandbags available during storm seasons. The webcam will alert us to a shortage of sand so that district staff can restock before the site is depleted of bags.
