Description
Station located on levee along Guadalupe Slough approximately 4 miles northwest of Alviso, near confluence with Coyote Creek and San Francisco Bay.

Period of Record
Measurements began December 5, 1964. Continuous operation from 1968 to date.

01/29/1975 8-inch Fischer & Porter ADR with weighing bucket installed.
02/20/1975 Fischer & Porter ADR with tipping bucket removed.
11/09/1978 Station relocated from Alviso Slough to Guadalupe Slough.
11/28/1983 12-inch Sierra-Misco radio-reporting tipping bucket gauge, with one millimeter resolution, installed to supplement the existing Fischer & Porter ADR.
08/09/1984 Fischer & Porter ADR removed.
