Valley Water provides two deferred compensation plans to its employees and retirees: a 457(b) plan and a 401(a) plan. The current Plan Administrator for both of these plans is Nationwide Retirement Solutions and Nationwide Life Insurance Company (Nationwide).  Although not open to new plan participants, Lincoln GP46460 is the Plan Administrator for existing employee and retiree deferred compensation assets in Lincoln GP46460.  Access and contact information are provided below.

Oversight of the Plan Administrator’s role and performance is provided by Valley Water’s Deferred Compensation Committee. The Committee functions under the authority of the Chief Administrative Officer, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The board of directors established the authority for this structure at its July 3, 2001 meeting. The current membership of the Committee is shown in the table below.

The Committee is advised by an investment advisory firm, currently Innovest Inc. The Committee meets at least quarterly. See the schedule of recent past and current year planned meetings below. Employees and retirees are welcome to attend these meetings.
