This page contains archived Board of Directors performance reports, including both annual and quarterly performance reports.

The Board has established a performance framework, guided by its Governance Process and Board Appointed Officer (BAO) Linkage policies, to support transparent and accountable governance. Through this framework, the Board monitors its processes, performance, and progress toward achieving established policies and outcome measures.

Annual reports provide a comprehensive assessment of the Board’s performance over the calendar year, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data. Quarterly reports provide regular updates on the status of BAO outcome measures and highlight key accomplishments and exceptions across major functional areas.
