Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project Final Environmental Impact Report

Valley Water invites you to a public meeting on the Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project Final Environmental Impact Report. 

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water), as the lead agency for the proposed Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project (Project), has completed the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to evaluate the environmental impacts of the Project.  The Final EIR was prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the State CEQA Guidelines (Cal. Code Regs., § 15000 et seq.).  On January 31, 2025, the Final EIR was released and made available to the public. The Final EIR includes responses to comments received on the Project’s Draft EIR and Partially Recirculated Draft EIR. The Final EIR is available through Valley Water’s Public Review Document Page
