Valley Water is inviting you to a public hearing on the final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and the engineer’s report for the Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project (ADSRP).
The hearing is scheduled for Feb. 25, 2025, at 1 p.m. Members of the public can attend in person at Valley Water headquarters, located at 5700 Almaden Expressway in San Jose, or via Zoom valleywater.zoom.us/j/84454515597.
During the meeting, the Valley Water Board of Directors will consider certifying the final EIR and engineer’s report. Following that certification, the Board of Directors will consider approving the proposed ADSRP project or an alternative. The final EIR and engineer’s report are available for review at valleywater.org/public-review-documents.
Prior to the public hearing, Valley Water is hosting a public meeting on the Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project Final EIR. This hybrid event will be held on Feb. 20, 2025, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Community and Cultural Center in Morgan Hill, located at 17000 Monterey Road. In addition to an update on the Anderson Dam Tunnel Project and the ADSRP, Valley Water staff will present an overview of the Final EIR content, including changes made to it throughout the environmental review process.
