Water Rate Assistance Program

The Water Rate Assistance Program (WRAP) was established by Valley Water in 2021 to help income-eligible households maintain access to essential water services. Through a trusted partnership with Sacred Heart Community Service, Valley Water provides direct financial assistance to eligible residents struggling to pay their water bills. Qualified households may receive up to $1,000 toward current or past-due water charges. Funds are paid directly to the customer’s water provider to prevent service disconnections and maintain access to safe, clean drinking water.
