Application submittals
Our staff is working directly with applicants to complete the application process. Projects should not be started until an official Notice to Proceed is issued.
Electronic submittals are encouraged for rebate applications, survey requests, or reporting water waste. Please allow extra time to process requests.
Onsite visits
Valley Water wants to ensure everyone’s health and safety is a priority during these difficult times.
During any onsite visits, such as Water Wise Outdoor Surveys or rebate program inspections, we require everyone practice all safety guidelines implemented by Santa Clara County and CDC.
