The Non-Agenda provides a comprehensive and uniform method of communicating informational items not requiring discussion or action to the entire Board. The Non-Agenda includes: CEO Bulletins, BMR/IBMR weekly reports, responses to BMR/IBMRs, informational memos, Board Correspondence weekly reports, and incoming and outgoing Board Correspondence.
Please note that while correspondence submitted to the Board is public record, due to the presence of personal email and contact information, Board Correspondence has been redacted from the website posting of the Non-Agenda. If you wish to view Board Correspondence for a particular week, please submit a public records request via [email protected].
